Terms and Conditions – Long Bay College 50th Gala Dinner
1. Ticket Purchase All tickets must be purchased through the official Long Bay College ticketing platform. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented for entry to the event.
2. Refund Policy In the event of cancellation by Long Bay College, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement Long Bay College reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Gala Dinner due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.
4. Dress Code This is a semi formal event. Guests are asked to dress in semi formal attire.
5. Age Restriction The Gala Dinner is an R18 event.
6. Code of Conduct All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Long Bay College reserves the right to remove any guest from the event who is behaving inappropriately or poses a risk to others.
7. Photography and Videography The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, guests consent to being included in any images or footage used for promotional or archival purposes.
8. Dietary Requirements Dietary needs will be accommodated where possible. Please ensure any specific requirements are noted during the ticket booking process.
9. Liability Long Bay College is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
